Eberle Winery

The staff were super friendly and I think the owner was hanging out outside drinking wine with his show dogs running around.

Modern vineyard that has literally everything! From Bocce Ball, Cave Tours, Private Tasting, and to holiday themed events, they have it all.

The cave tour and flight of wine was complimentary and exquisite. Their Cotes du Robles Blanc white honeysuckle and candied ginger, tingled delightfully as an opening for the palate. Their Red Barbera gold medal with tones of raspberry. Their Reserve estate Cabernet Sauvignon Cassis (black currant), was clean and smooth.

Stephen's Cellar & Vineyard

After more than thirty-five years of growing grapes and making wine, Steve Goldman took on a new venture. In August of 2002 Steve married Lori Stone and later that year they started construction on Stephen’s Cellar. On May 3, 2003 Steve and Lori celebrated the birth of their son Max Richard Goldman. Lori resigned from her seven-year position as Grower Programs Manager with the Paso Robles Vintners and Growers Association to be a full time mom to Max as well as an integral part of all wine and vineyard operations at Stephen’s Cellar. A new estate vineyard was planted spring 2001, devoted entirely to Pinot Noir.

Boutz Cellars, Boutzoukas Family Vineyards

Painting by Agata Zaborowski

tory is about a father and son, James and Manoli Boutzoukas embarking on a journey to build a legacy, both of whom have a passion for the outdoors, farming, and of course - fine wine. Originally this father and son team lived in Florida, where wine grapes have a difficult time thriving. So, when the opportunity presented itself to purchase 2 premium vineyard sites in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles this father and son's dream started to form.

Now with over 52 acres of planted vines between the two sites and 12 different varietals, the foundation is in place to achieve their dreams. Hard work, sustainable farming practices, and a focus on quality over quantity are reflected in Bout Cellar wines and represent a legacy is being built upon.

McPrice Myers Wine Company

Mac got into food and wine during his early twenties via his friends and coworkers at Trader Joe's in Southern California. He soon began taking trips up to the Central Coast to just to taste, but quickly found himself volunteering his time on his days off to help out at a number of wineries. After learning the process for a few years and spending more and more time on the Central Coast, Mac was ready to start making wine for himself.

Black Hand Cellars

We have enjoyed visiting Black Hand Cellars tasting room on several occasions and while communicating with Tom Banish the owner and winemaker we have yet to actual talk face to face.  The name Black Hand Cellars, evolved through many stories of the owners great Grandmother on the banished-side of the family would tell about the great wines her husband would make and how the Black Hand Mafia found a liking to his wine and would seek him out for it. With such an intriguing history the name for the winery was chosen and the roaring 20's theme set in motion along with hands stained from the harvest of their rich red wine varietals. Tom and his wife have done a great job with their wines and make it a fun experience all at the same time. Tom and his wife are very much into the entire experience and they have been known to stay a little longer even while closing to share the fruits of their labor and the Black Hand Cellar experience.~
