Wineries

Boeschen Vineyards

What a hidden gem! They only make four types of wine: sauvignon blanc, rosé, cabernet sauvignon, and a blend. Normally after you wine taste, you would just buy your favorite wines and leave the winery, right? Well, Doug, the vintner and now tour guide, then took us for a tour outside the wine cave and showed us the estate's 200+ year old rose, the extensive car collection residing in a renovated barn, and the fully restored functioning green house.

Bond Estates

Bond offers four Napa Valley Red wines, Melbury, St. Eden, Vecina, and Pluribus. The wine not utilized for the final blends of Bond, then goes to create a second wine under the Matriarch label. I tasted a bottle of Matriarch recently and was very impressed with its silky nature.

Bourassa Vineyards

The tasting room has a dark, cozy, wintery vibe that was the perfect place to taste on a cold and rainy day. We happened to arrive just as they had started a tasting for a few other couples, so joined in at the big table.
Not only were the wines all delightful, the service was excellent.

Boyd Family Vineyards

This wine is outstanding. I had a chance to visit this vineyard and sample their most fabulous wine. The Boyd's are a fantastic pair and make such fantastic wine. We drank with the owner. He shared his great story with us on how he got into the business. I am sure glad he did. His wines were the some of the best we drank the while we were in Napa.

Brandlin Vineyards

Brandlin has "Two locations" and "Two Experiences" for tasting. The historic tasting room is located at 4550 Silverado Trail just south of Calistoga and is open to the public daily.

The Carneros Tasting Room is at 1221 Duhig Road just off Highway 121 and is by appointment only.

Bravante Vineyard

What makes Bravante so unique is the personalization that is provided with a boutique winery that you rarely get in Napa these days. Dave who provides some of the best wine tours and experiences you can find all over Napa understands that good wineries isn't just about branding and ratings but the experience and personalization that is attached to every unique visit and taste of each individual bottle of wine.

Bremer Family Winery

We also had a fantastic little table across the creek in the trees and each wine was explained to us. We really loved our experience and the wine is fantastic. I think this is a great little gem. The level of service, the little snack plate, the wine was amazing and it isn't sold in stores, so you have to know this place. All the reds were great overall, they seem to put a lot of care and time into their wines.

Bressler Vineyards

Located in the small, historic town of St. Helena (yes, part of Napa Valley) Bressler like many of its neighbors is a small lot, premium producer of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Bressler was started as many wineries do in Napa, with the retirement of an executive from nearby Silicon Valley. Bob Bressler spent his career at Sun Microsystems where he was a visiting scientist and advised the Sun executive team. Bob's wife Stacey is also intimately involved with the day to day operations of the winery and comes to the wine business after her own successful career in the Bay Area high tech market, although her focus was more marketing than it was the technology itself. Small production winery of approx. 500 cases.

Bridesmaid Wines

Bridesmaid Wines are impressive Bordeaux-style blends from the Napa Valley, designed for wine lovers and collectors. These bold, alluring wines way over-deliver for the price. Cellar worthy and ready to enjoy now! Bridesmaid White is a blend of great Napa Appellation Semillons and Sauvignon Blancs.

Broman Cellars

Broman Cellars is a lifelong dream realized by Bob Broman. After making wine for other folks for 31 years, Bob along with his wife Deborah, released their first Napa Valley wine, appropriately labeled, Broman Cellars. The inaugural release was 150 cases of a beautiful 1994 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, Broman Cellars is a family passion, with daughter Lisa also working side by side with Bob at the winery handling the sales, marketing and day-to-day duties. Production is now a whopping 1,300 cases consisting of ultra premium, hand-crafted lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc.
