Beckmen Vineyards

Craftmanship and Quality are the philosophy behind the winemaking at Beckman Vineyards. A small estate winery founded on the belief that the making of superior wines requires hands on craftmanship.

Bella Luna Estate Winery

Some would say "Bella Luna Winery" started some 38 or so years ago in the hearts and minds of its founders, Kevin Healey and Sherman Smoot. Kevin just returned from honorably serving his country in Viet Nam and Sherm was training as a Navy fighter pilot preparing to go to Viet Nam. Having grown up together as best friends in the Paso Robles AVA, both developed a real passion for wine.

Benom Wines

Painting by Agata Zaborowski

Arnaud and Guillaume Fabre moved to California for love. For Guillaume, it was his passion for winemaking and farming without limits that brought him to Paso Robles. This love led him to one of the most prestigious wineries in Paso Robles, L’Aventure, and eventually to start his winery, Clos Solène. Arnaud’s story is much more like that of a movie scene. His move to California was to follow the love of his life, Chloe. This is how the two brothers -Les Deux Frères Fabre- ended up in Paso Robles.

The story gets far more interesting, but you will have to come find out for yourself!

As a tribute to the six-generation family legacy in the Languedoc-Roussillon and Bordeaux regions, BENOM harmoniously combines the freedom of winemaking in Paso Robles with the innate talent of the Fabre bloodline.

Bianchi Winery

Painting by Agata Zaborowski

The Bianchi Winery is the culmination of three generations’ dreams of creating wine in Central California. The long history began with Joseph Bianchi’s first foray into California winemaking in 1974 with an investment in a winery and vineyard on the banks of the San Joaquin River in the Central Valley of California. There the Bianchi Wine quickly grew to become an industry leader, producing award-winning wines using the most advanced farming and production technologies. His son, Glenn Bianchi, worked to continue building upon that legacy with his lifelong ambition of producing ultra-premium wines, searching throughout California to find the finest terroir to meet his high expectations and requirements, settling on 40 acres in beautiful Paso Robles in 2000.

Black Hand Cellars

We have enjoyed visiting Black Hand Cellars tasting room on several occasions and while communicating with Tom Banish the owner and winemaker we have yet to actual talk face to face.  The name Black Hand Cellars, evolved through many stories of the owners great Grandmother on the banished-side of the family would tell about the great wines her husband would make and how the Black Hand Mafia found a liking to his wine and would seek him out for it. With such an intriguing history the name for the winery was chosen and the roaring 20's theme set in motion along with hands stained from the harvest of their rich red wine varietals. Tom and his wife have done a great job with their wines and make it a fun experience all at the same time. Tom and his wife are very much into the entire experience and they have been known to stay a little longer even while closing to share the fruits of their labor and the Black Hand Cellar experience.~

Bodega de Edgar

Painting by Agata Zaborowski

A journey into the coastal town of Cambria, CA opened the eyes of Edgar Torres's father, a young immigrant, to a better life for his family. Sure enough, Edgar's father was right. A whole world was out there for his children to embrace. Bodega is the Spaniard term for a winery or cellar. Considering the Torres Family's Hispanic heritage and passion for Spanish wines, the brand name seemed a natural fit.

Edgar Torres's wine journey started as a waiter in Paso Robles, CA. There he was exposed to many great wine producers. Several winemakers became friends and eventually opened their doors to Edgar and his desire to learn more about wines. Like so many before him, Edgar started as a Cellar Rat and moved on to learn the many different aspects of the wine industry. Winemaker Edgar Torres and his enthusiasm for producing great wines brought him and his wife to the development of our brand, Bodega de Edgar, in 2007.
