Wineries

Westwood Winery

This is a boutique winery with a wonderful tasting room full of comfy leather chairs. They make mostly reds (sometimes a rose), and I must say they are wonderful, especially the pinots! Plan to spend a while and chat with the owner, and plan for generous pours.

Whitcraft Winery

A long-standing member of the Santa Barbara winemaking community, Whitcraft Winery is obsessed with producing the highest quality wines. Their signature varietals are Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah, but also produce a variety of other unique, hand-crafted varietals.

White Rock Vineyards

Christopher the wine maker was very welcoming. We made our appointment last minute but he accommodated our schedule. He was super laid back and very knowledgeable, and he made us feel comfortable. I recommend this tour to anyone looking for a nice secluded vineyard with a lot of history and a casual setting.

White Crane Winery

Perched atop Crane Ridge overlooking the beautiful Livermore Valley wine country is where you will discover White Crane Winery. As a guest you can enjoy a wide variety of small lot - limited production ultra premium wines.

White Oak Vineyards & Winery

Love the metal sculptures in the patio and gardens. They make for a great backdrop to relax and get ready for rest of the day. The tasting room is large enough to handle a crowd, but it has never been that crowded when we stop in. The staff has always been friendly. They make a decent Cabernet sauvignon for the price.

Whitehall Lane Winery

Whitehall makes some great wine! We were surprised by the mostly empty parking lot and even considered turning away before entering. Did an empty parking lot mean bad wine? Everything we sampled, from white to red was great. Easy drinking and definitely well priced. Come summer time it can be very busy at times. Well worth a visit.

Whitford Cellars

The Haynes family is proud of Whitford's top notch wine making team. Since 1997, Ken Bernards, formerly with Trouchard, has been making award winning Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and since 2002, Syrah for Whitford. Ken's wife, Teresa, formerly with Domaine Carneros, ably assists. Rob Fischer joined the team in July of 2004 after receiving an enology degree from Fresno State. Founded in 1983, Whitford Cellars has the distinction of producing award-winning Pinot Noir, Syrah and Chardonnay. The Haynes Vineyard on the estate is known as one of the most notable vineyards in Napa Valley, receiving rave reviews on the soil and temperature conditions. The wines are not far behind
