Dancing Stallion Vineyards and Winery. Family owned and operated, the vineyard in San Miguel Pleasant Valley is one of the first vineyards planted in the San Miguel area. With nearly 120 planted acres, Dancing Stallion Vineyards focuses on growing premium quality grapes for our own wines as well as other wineries in the Paso Robles Area.
Dark Star Cellars is a rustic working winery and vineyard just of the West 46 and 5 min from Central Paso Robles. We really enjoy the Mirror (Syrah/Cab/Merlot blend), Passing By (Cab/Merlot blend), the Jack of Hearts (Cab/Merlot/Petit Verdot) and Jersey Girl. Wines were great. Excellent wines would highly recommend.

Dover Canyon Winery is located on Vineyard Drive in the Willow Creek appellation. Dan Panico, owner and winemaker of Dover Canyon, has long believed that the west strip of calcareous soil along Vineyard Drive is optimum for growing Zinfandel and Rhône varieties. Our estate vineyard features Organic, Dry Farmed Zinfandel and Syrah. Our production is focused on sustainable practices, and small lots of artisinal wines, often vineyard designated. With a love for our heritage grape of Paso Robles, we seek out Dry Farmed, Mountain Grown, and Old Vine Zinfandel from local vineyards.
Mike and Lori Budd have loved wine for a long time now, and have made wine for several vintages. The couple began with one of those “make wine with us” type places. Mike and Lori didn’t know where the grapes were from, other than Lodi, California. They graduated to a more serious operation with both their fruit and winery in Paso Robles, CA. The couple has had rave reviews from their friends and colleagues that had tried their wines. The winemaking couple have dreamed of retiring to California and have purchased property in Arroyo Grande to fulfill this dream. Now onto the “what are we going to do when we get there” aspect of their lives. So enter Dracaena Wines. Yes, it is a little strange name but there is a story behind it. You can check it out on their winery's website. Dracaena Wines produces some very fine Cabernet Franc wines. At this time you can order wines or make an appointment to tour and taste their wines right in the vineyard. We are pleased to have Mike and Lori participating in California Corks Winery Experience so our members can have the experience of the vineyard and the wines produced from the vines.

Dusty Nabor and his wines are born out of a passion for producing site-specific, terroir-driven California Wines. Dusty's focus on wines is Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, and Viognier. While the majority of the wines are obtained via Dusty's mailing list, this little gem has agreed to open it's humble doors to California Corks members. Dusty Nabor Wines is a unique little boutique winery that puts our some wonderful wines and limited in production. Dusty offers two free tastings to each California Corks member so bring a guest. Be sure to make an appointment and perhaps your timing will allow for a barrel tasting experience as well. While tasting is free no current discounts are available due to the limited productions of Dusty's wines. ~
