The Denner Winery was completed in time for the 2005 harvest. Ron and John believe that great architecture blends with the environment. Denner Winery, therefore is designed to fit into the rolling hills and is complementary to the geography and culture of the Central Coast and the wines they produce.
Since 1984, Byron Winery has cultivaed an obsession for crafting site-specific Pinot Noir from distictive vineyards in the Santa Maria Valley and Santa Rita Hills appellations. NOTHING but the best to report to about JUSTIN. The Vineyard and Wine Tasting Room are very nice, almost like being in another country. Peaceful and serene. The wine tasting room is relatively new, I believe we were told they opened about 6 months ago (from their prior location). The room was modern, tasteful, and chic. JUSTIN offers dinning in a beautiful dinning room that overlooks the vineyard. Of course, plan on making reservations ahead of time. The wine tasting was a success. We discovered their 2011 Right Angle and their 2011 Reserve Malbec. Both are AMAZING.
Today Smith & Hook continues to produce its signature varietal-Cabernet Sauvignon. The bottle, with its ‘ranch brand’ emblazoned directly onto the bottles, reflects the heritage of Smith & Hook wines and the Hahn winery. Hand-crafted by winemaker Paul Clifton, the wine echoes the pioneering spirit of the Hahn Family and their commitment to Monterey winegrowing.

Riverbench Vineyard was established in 1973, when the first Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes were planted along the bank of the Sisquoc River, known as the Santa Maria Bench. For decades, some of the most renowned wineries have purchased its fruit for their wines. In 2006, Riverbench began producing its own wines in limited quantities, with many available exclusively through its wine club and tasting rooms in Santa Maria and Santa Barbara, California.
Mac got into food and wine during his early twenties via his friends and coworkers at Trader Joe's in Southern California. He soon began taking trips up to the Central Coast to just to taste, but quickly found himself volunteering his time on his days off to help out at a number of wineries. After learning the process for a few years and spending more and more time on the Central Coast, Mac was ready to start making wine for himself.
Boutz Cellars and Boutzoukas Family Vineyards tell the story of a father and son who share a deep passion for the outdoors, farming, and fine wine. Their journey began in Florida, where growing wine grapes proved challenging. When the chance arose to acquire two premium vineyard sites in Paso Robles' Adelaida District, they seized the opportunity.

A journey into the coastal town of Cambria, CA opened the eyes of Edgar Torres's father, a young immigrant, to a better life for his family. Sure enough, Edgar's father was right. A whole world was out there for his children to embrace. Bodega is the Spaniard term for a winery or cellar. Considering the Torres Family's Hispanic heritage and passion for Spanish wines, the brand name seemed a natural fit.
Edgar Torres's wine journey started as a waiter in Paso Robles, CA. There he was exposed to many great wine producers. Several winemakers became friends and eventually opened their doors to Edgar and his desire to learn more about wines. Like so many before him, Edgar started as a Cellar Rat and moved on to learn the many different aspects of the wine industry. Winemaker Edgar Torres and his enthusiasm for producing great wines brought him and his wife to the development of our brand, Bodega de Edgar, in 2007.

Kukkula is a boutique winery on the west side of Paso Robles, focusing entirely on estate wines from dry-farmed and organically grown vines. The winery produces wines with a Rhone-centric bias. In addition to the vineyard, Kukkula farms French varietal olives and creates a Provençal field blend from their crop.
Kukkula, a vineyard, farm, and winery located on the west side of Paso Robles, CA, was established in 2004. Originally a walnut orchard, the property now includes nearly fifty acres of grapes, eight acres of olives, and thirty-two acres of walnuts. The winery crafts blended wines with a Rhone-centric bias, with all wines produced from organically and dry-farmed grapes, relying solely on rainwater.
While waiting for his vines to mature, Steve Martell crafted his first few vintages using grapes from friends and neighbors. Even as his vineyard reaches full production, he plans to maintain some of these contracts. The exceptional quality of this fruit adds depth and dimension to the young grapes from his estate.
The Kaleidos label holds personal significance for Martell. It's named after his mother's shop, where she sold kaleidoscopes and other art. This name resonates deeply with him and perfectly represents his wines. Just as a kaleidoscope blends light and colors into unique images, his vines merge the elements of soil and sunlight to create distinctive fruit characteristics.
Each sip of Kaleidos wine reflects Martell's meticulous attention to detail. He invites you to taste the fruit of his passion. Kaleidos wines are available for tasting at the Tin City tasting room located at 3075 Blue Rock Road, Paso Robles.
