Ledson Winery & Vineyards

It was a good trip to Ledson, the estate was impressive, and they have a deli market, which was just right when I needed a small bite between wineries. I enjoyed the tasting here, for $15 6 wine tasting, I think the lady ended up giving us 8 or 9 wine. She was generous and knowledgeable. Asked for something really "earthy", the 2004 Cab Franc was a good one. Took a few bottles home.

Lennox Vineyard

A small family-owned vineyard in the Russian River Valley appellation (AVA). Particularly in the cooler southern region, this is an area of premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes -- is their focus.

Little Vineyards Family Winery

Little Vineyards only makes reds, but they are quite good. Tastings (as of summer '09) are only 5 bucks, and the fee is waived if you buy any of their reasonably priced wines. This place is right next door to B.R. Cohn winery Take the road that is also used for B.R. C's deliveries, and keep on going 'til you see the signs for Little Vineyards.

Littorai Wines

A visit to Littorai offers an exceptional opportunity for an intimate and personal tour of this state of the art biodynamic vineyard and farm. The tour is followed by an exclusive private tasting of Littorai’s world class Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs, showcasing the true expressions of Sonoma Coast and Anderson Valley terroir.

Private tours and tastings are available by appointment only, Monday through Saturday.

Longboard Vineyards

Wines were nice and we really LOVED the vibe in this surfer-chic tasting room. It's a dogs-welcome kind of spot where you want to stand around and chat up all the customers who wander in.
Definitely worth a stop when you are in Healdsburg.

Lost Canyon Winery

Zach was awesome. He didn't just show us what was on the tasting menu. He first asked what wines we generally enjoyed, and then threw out a tasting catered to our preferences. We were also able to enjoy some of the wine makers' favorites imported from Italy. Honestly I don't think I enjoyed their wines enough to be a wine club member. But I would most definitely go back.
