Founded in 2005, La Fenêtre is my expression of classic style and technique in winemaking with new world, modern sensibility. Crafted wines that are elegant, perfectly balanced, great with food, and long to finish. While the great classic, old world wine regions of Burgundy, Bordeaux, and the Rhône are my benchmarks, true to the terroir of the vineyards from which my wines originate.
Tin House is a small, family-owned and operated winery. Tin House focuses on two varieties of wine - Pinot Noir and Syrah. Tin House sources their fruit from the Edna Valley and Santa Maria Appellations. Award-winning wines are produced in limited quantities resulting in wines that exhibit intimate craftsmanship and artisan character.
Tobin James Cellars is not your traditional estate with vineyards, but definitely a fun winery to visit and often the place to stop by many that are escaping the heat of the Central Valley. If you are even slightly intimidated about your knowledge of wines, come here - they will put you at ease! The staff really wants to talk about things other than tannins, oak, and other terms so common in wine articles. If you are serious about your wine, theowners - Jobin James, Lance and Claire Silver - are completely open and passionate about the wines they make. But if you are a "grape-nut" like me who would like to have fun while tasting great wines without being judged by condescending staff members - this is the place to be. The Treana & Hope Family Wines Tasting Cellar is a modern take on a rustic barrel room. We offer samples of our regional blends along with stunning views of the Hope Family Vineyard. Located just off of Highway 46 West, come and enjoy the latest vintages of Treana, Liberty School, Candor, Troublemaker & Austin Hope wines.
This is a great little winery along the Foxen Canyon trail. If you want a winery where the owners pour and you can actually talk about winemaking and the whole experience you get it here. Tres Hermanas does not make super jammy Central Coast wines but rather produces numerous wines in a more European style...lower in alcohol, higher in acid and basically more food friendly. I will have to say I enjoy 90% of what they produce.
Their Tres Hermanas Cuvee is incredible as is there Nebbiolo, Refosco, Syrah/Sangiovese blend and Muscat Cannelli.
Some mixed reviews from some visitors on the service during the visit. Nevertheless, most agree that Miss Turley produces some very nice Zins. Turley wines are often recognized as making some of the best, if not the best Zinfandel in California for decades. There is a two year waiting list for new recipients into their wine club last we checked.

Veris Cellars was originally founded in 1990 as JanKris Winery and helped establish Paso Robles as one of California’s most dynamic wine regions. In early 2008, JanKris Winery was acquired by local entrepreneur and wine enthusiast Matthew Talbert, who immediately launched a new era under the new name of Veris Cellars. -
Victor Hugo Vineyards and Winery is one of Paso Robles' most exciting and innovative wineries. Victor Hugo Roberts is the owner/ winemaker of the small family operated vineyard and winery.he dream of owning his own vineyard and winery took its first step into reality in 1985 when he and his wife, Leslie planted 15 acres on the Templeton property which contains the family home and winery. The winery is located in a picturesque, recently renovated 100 year old barn.
Several years ago Matt and his wife would travel to the Central Coast to enjoy the rolling hills, the laid-back attitude and of course, the wines. Through the years Matt developed a greater thirst for the Central Coast and it's wines than any weekend trip could quench. Following his heart, he enrolled into Fresno State's Enology program and next thing he knew he had graduated and was working for the likes of Geyser Peak and Rudd in Napa Valley. After several years of saving and searching, he found just the right property for a small vineyard in Templeton, California.
