Judd's Hill

The reds were all fantastic..I really was pleasantly surprised. Their tasting room has a large table that they invite you to sit at, or , you can go outside and sit at those smaller tables, if you choose to.

Wines are fantastic and the people here are passionate, welcoming and knowledgeable. They host a number of fun events and perks for wine club members.

They also are well known for their micro-batch wine making - come make your own wine from start to finish (blending, bottling, labeling) with the experts!

I'm Wines

Isabel Mondavi Wines I
The wines of Isabel Mondavi are crafted by Isabel's son, fourth generation winemaker Rob Mondavi Jr., to offer elegant, lower alcohol style wines for everyday enjoyment. The Isabel Mondavi wines started as "just a few cases for mom," but soon gained serious interest from wine lovers seeking well made, food friendly wines that complement rather than compete with the meal.

Hafner Vineyard

Hafner Vineyard is a small family winery tucked away in Sonoma County’s Alexander Valley. For 30 years we have been making Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay only from grapes grown at our winery. Wines are sold directly to patrons and to leading California restaurants, but not in any stores.

Dieberg Estate Vineyard

When Jim Dierbert has a passion for something, he acts quickly and decisively. Just ask his wife, Mary, to whom he proposed on their first date! It was love at first sight, yet again, when they laid eyes on the Star Lane Ranch, now planted to some 230 acres of vines. "We had looked around Napa and Bordeaux for a property early on," Jim recalls. But Napa and the Old World were getting a little crowded. "We wanted open space and big sky." They found it!

Fallbrook Winery

Although Fallbrook is not presently known for its plethora of wineries, a stop at the Fallbrook Winery is well-worth your time, especially if you're in the neighborhood of Temecula. Rather than the usual crowded belly-to-the bar-tastings, this place affords you some privacy, and a chance to revel in the winemaking process. Make a reservation ahead of time, bring a picnic lunch, and also learn the nuances of pruning and planting from proprietor, Ted Gourvitz.

Big Fish

Big Fish Wines became reality in 2005 when Hunter and Suzanne Landers realized a dream of one day making and sharing wine with friends and family. Hunter a New England transplant, and Suzanne a Bay Area native, both loved California wine country and shared a similar taste in wines.

Marechel Winery

Maréchal Vineyards is a family owned and operated winery located a few minutes north of Sanger in Fresno County. Conveinently located on the way to Kings Canyon National Park. Maréchal Vineyards makes wines from both their estate vineyards as well as from partner growers in Fresno, Madera and Paso Robles. Maréchal was good enough to let us drop-in and do some video for a video project we were working onYour can watch that video HERE While the winemaker Josh was busy in the vineyard that day his wife Jenifer Marshall took the time to show us around and even poured a few of their wines on a day they were normally closed. Be sure to stop in for a visit. Haley Washburn is the Winery's Manager and in charge of the tasting room and she always greets with a smile. If you time it right Josh and Jenifer just might be doing the pouring that day. There is a nice variety of wines to enjoy but a hint, be sure to try the Primitivo and the Petite Sirah if it is offered.*
